Shippings will be made within seven working days from your purchase.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with MRW and Mail Boxes.
NATIONAL SHIPPINGS- All shippings within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), are made with MRW and will take from 24 to 48 hours.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- All international shippings will be made via certified post. Shipments within Europe normally take up to two weeks. To all other international countries, time delivery may vary.

Please make sure you write your telephone number when placing your order under NOTES, as required by the shipping company for a better delivery.
RETURN POLICY
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Send an email request for the return to [email protected] no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.
- The items should be packaged in original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way and with all original labels and packaging.

- Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store, it remains the customer´s responsibility. We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.
To return any item purchased at M O N D I N O simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective M O N D I N O shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email.
